Add products to your shopping cart via the red ‘Add to cart’ button. If you place the order while logged in to your Homhum Account, you can order ever faster.

Steps to order at Homhum:

1. Add products to your shopping cart via the red ‘Add to cart’ button.

2. Go to the shopping bag in the top right corner to finish your order.

3. Click on the ‘checkout’ button.

4. Add your personal details and choose your delivery method.

5. Choose your payment method.

6 .Check your order.

7. Pay your order.

Once you’ve finished your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and the parcel will be shipped to you as soon as possible!

Once your payment has been completed, please reach out to service team service@homhum.com for any assistance. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it in your account.

Go to ‘My orders’ and cancel the order. If this option is not visible, that means your order is already processed for shipment and it’s not possible to cancel it anymore.

We like to help you as fast as we can and try our best to reply within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received a reply yet, please check your spam folder. Add service@homhum.com to your address book to prevent this from happening.

You also receive a notification containing a copy of messages between you and sellers on your personal email address. You can’t reply to these notifications. If you haven't received an answer within a reasonable time, we advise you to send a new message to the seller.
